Class Acts Arts.

co-hosting the event.

Sale on Saturday, December 14 (10am-4pm) at Takoma Park Community Center, 7500
Maple Avenue, Takoma Park MD 20912
This is a juried sale. The artist may sell only original, hand-made work.
Members of the Takoma Park arts community will review applications with
selections based on the quality and uniqueness of the work. Past sales have
featured a variety of media including, but not limited to painting, photography,
pottery, jewelry, textiles, and glass. The number of participants for each media
will be limited to maintain a diversity of offerings. Jury selections will be
made biweekly, after the Call for Artists is released. Applicant notification
will follow. Apply early, as slots may be filled before the application
deadline.
NOTE: There is no cost to participate in the sale.
Each artist will be provided with one 6’ table and one chair. There is free
wireless internet service available within the sale area.

A family-¬friendly, private community dance to support the work the Save
Ten Mile Creek Coalition
The Save Ten Mile Creek coalition is comprised of 16 civic groups
representing more than 10,000 Montgomery County residents. Our goal is to
protect Ten Mile Creek in Clarksburg, our county’s last, best creek. In so
doing, we will help protect the Washington area’s emergency drinking water
supply.
Snacks, beverages and music will be provided.
Because we are so close to Halloween, costumes are optional and encouraged.
Come as you aren't!
